- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆When I speak with the customer service representative Anne Smith, I feel like every time I call I'm bothering her. Whether I'm calling to ask a question or to make changes on my policy, I expect to be treated with at least equal respect or with some kind of dignity. I recently made a change on my policy (removed a vehicle) and wasn't told that the price would increase until I received a paper bill. I did not understand why the price doubled when I removed a vehicle, so of course I had questions. This is when Anne's discourtesy really bothered me. She made me feel like I was dull-witted and insignificant and told me that she has other clients to tend to. 23 years of loyalty and I can't get an ounce of respect.By Ivory Miller, October 12, 2016
