- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Yesterday my wife and I went to this credit union to open up an account right off the bat we knew there was a problem. when the lady came out and said you can follow me red flag, we went into the office and she said who's opening up account I say I am then she said do you have any questions and my wife reply yes I have a question is there a head hit on your credit to open up account she replied yes and my wife said if we are affiliated with Georgia United can you just pull the information from there and she stated they have no relationship with Georgia United and my wife stated if I can make deposits and withdrawals from this bank you do have a relationship at this point she gets into a debate with my wife. My wife said forget it let's just move on then she had to nerve to ask me do I have drivers license and was legal at this point we say it's time to go we will never go back to this bank or even consider opening up a bank account from these people that are route obnoxious and discriminate. we contacted the manager but didn't get a hold of her until the next day she seems like she had a non-shallot attitude and didn't care but what can you expect from the Way the employees act! If I could give them a -stars I would I believe no customers to go through this especially at now days !By Carlos Merlos, June 11, 2017
- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Great place to bank keep in mind it is a credit union and don't make near as much off you as real banks that can afford to give you more perks.
