- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆It’s no wonder why FEDEX and UPS strive when USPS is failing. The USPS has very poor service and customer service. Half the time they don’t follow through with the services provided. Such as when you send “receipt confirmation” you don’t get anything back. Or tracking just falls out half way through the transportation.By Keith Smith, October 24, 2016
