- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Robin a lady with platinum blonde hair is absolutely repulsive. I came to cash a check for the company I work for. She told me I needed two forms of ID to cash a check that was made out to cash. Then she told me "you don't have an acct here" what does that have to do with cashing a check for my company. So let her know I actually do have an account here but that has nothing to do with a company account. I had to swipe my personal debit card to cash the check. Had she not assumed I just didn't have an account instead of asking me I wouldn't have been standing there looking stupid like I did something wrong. The customer service is spectacular ,fast and friendly they go the extra mile even when there is a crowd which doesn't last long du to their very very professional service. I'm convinced Wells Fargo choose their best and most competent employees for this high volume store. The best experience I've ever had in dealing with a bank and I'm hard to please.
